Online hours updation and Not been able to reply on posts of other users

I have been continuously using and surfing here reading various threads but still my online hours are stuck to 1 hour onlySecondly I am also not been able to reply on some posts it shows you dont have permission
give me some suggestions

Am still confused about the online hours . I am pretty sure that i have been online here for more than 3 hours which is showing for me.

online hour updates on regular basis and as a newbie we don't have permission to access some zones like reading room .you can join here
