reading rrom access not granted

Why am I not getting reading room access?:-( I am kinda getting confused by these rules of the forum. Can somebody please explain?

The reasons why, the new users can not access to download the contents of the Reading Room section, respond to the security and protection policies that CraxMe forum has, to preserve the integrity of the contents that are shared here and for the protection of its users.


To obtain access to the Reading Room section and download its contents, it is necessary that you request this access, and in order to request it, it is important that you comply with three minimum and basic requirements that have been established:

1. You must have at least 10 hours  online AND have at least a participation equivalent to 10 posts (threads or posts).

2. You must assign or include a photo or image in your user profile.

3. And your request must have the indicated format.
