Problem with accessing threads despite of required posts level reached

Dear Admins,
I am still unable to access the higher user level posts though i am done the required conditions.
Please help...

Bro you can now access it because you have 21 posts. It needs more than 20 posts.

21 posts...is like uploading 20 or more books or posting comments also counts .I read the security info but still am in doubt.

You need to have made a minimum of 21 posts. This includes starting a new thread and commenting on existing ones.

Bro actually many users didn't able to reach it. So we changed the policy. Check the conditions here and posting format for requesting to join reading room.
