Upload fails; 323 KB file - "Attachment size exceeds the allowed limit"

File upload fails in Reading Room. Both a 26 KB image and 323 KB epub fail with an error - "Uploading is finished! Successfull: 0, Failed: 1, items: ........... Attachment size exceeds the allowed limit".
