Why my account is banned

Dear All
I have had to create another user as my login user "aafrin" when logged in shows “Sorry, your account or IP address is banned, you cannot access the site”. Your help would be appreciated and I'd really like to know what the issue is & why my account has been banned. I‘ve just joined on last Friday and have written in two posts only. Kindly help.

The user account that you indicate, has been created using an invalid, temporary, disposable or non-existent email, that type of accounts generates an alert and is prohibited... You must use a reliable, secure and verifiable email service through the system (gmail, outlook, hotmail, yahoo, etc.).
The creation of multiple user accounts is also prohibited.
Accounts that are created with unknown IP addresses or that constantly change IP (such as when using VPN) are also prohibited.
You can keep your current user account.
