How Do I get Online Hours For Joining Reading Room

Hey Guys
i am new here and would love to join the reading room to download books and share more books with all the users here, but i am wondering how i can get the required online hours, also i just uploaded a new avatar but the change hasn't taken place till now, its almost been an hour or so, i would be glad for some help from u guys in this regard.

The online hour needs time to be updated, in my experience try login later after 10-12 hours (don't login again in this interval)
