Can't download e-books

Hi all, i was earlier a user of the ucwebforums but since it shut down a few months ago i found this forum via quora, i am an avid reader and would love to download e books for my kindle but it seems i cant view the attachments because of some user group restriction, can u please help me with this issue and suggest a solution.
