Fantastic initiative!
I love mythology and some of the recent re-tellings have been more than endearing!
Apart from Indian authors, I absolutely love Rick Riordan series. Fantastic presentation.

Agree...for me the first of Amish' book, Immortals of meluha was intriguing and i really enjoyed it. However, by the last of the triology i was bored and the plot dint excite me as much.

Hi! I am Neha and I am glad that I found this thread.

I did not find Amish's Meluha series very interesting but the Ramayana series is pretty unique and good. Though I definitely prefer Devdutt Pattanaik and Anand Neelakantan over Amish.
