If money and space was not a constraint, I would prefer physical books to e books. I remember borrowing one book a day at my local library and finishing it off the same day when I was a kid. Everything said and done, the joy of holding a book in hand and reading is incomparable to reading it on an e book reader.

I love the ability to search a term in an e-reader, particularly when I have forgotten a character or place previously introduced. In 1 minute I can find the section that will remind me what I have forgotten.

Agree. In addition, one can easily look up a meaning of a word, one can highlight some quotable sentences, bookmark some pages for future reference - all that was a bit tedious in the physical books. Of course, the physical books provided with a personal, emotional attachment.

Sometimes, I like printed books. I think it is mostly why I am used to that since childhood. E devices are here past couple of years and I am sure we all will soon forget how the books felt. Think of how digital streaming replaced DVD and vhs.

Print books have their own charm, but currently eBooks are my favorite. I use a Kobo Aura, have great ePub support and my reading life was never better. Generally I read during my bus journey and it is pleasant experience with Aura.

Even though reading a physical book is always the best option, the sheer convenience afforded by ebooks makes them the clear choice. These are easy to share or lend without worrying about losing them. They don't deteriorate over age and one can literally carry around an entire library with oneself. I read on multiple devices including my tablet, phone and a Kindle paperwhite. A Kindle is best for reading but the tablet scores in the fact that the screen is larger and one can read colored e comics as well. A phone is most handy for a quick read in a waiting room or the like.

You can have millions of eBooks in a single mobile, tablet or PC which does not occupy any space in the living area whereas physical printed books occupy lot of space and lot of periodical maintenance from dust, moisture. Moreover eBooks can be read anywhere whereas for reading physical books you have to be necessarily near the books
