oh yes even i saw ten miles of peach blossom it was fab !!
it was fresh.also saw school 2017.it wa ...

I have seen Ten Miles of Peach Blossom in bits and pieces and whatever I have seen I like Yang Mi. Heard a lot about School 2017 buy I don't think I want to watch it anytime soon. The last C-drama that I watched until the end was The King's Woman. Vin Zhnag was impressive there but the series dragged on like anything.

Does anyone think watching a film version of a story make Indians want to read the books more. I am asking this only because I am not Indian.

Not in all cases for me. Some of them yes. But say, Harry Potter series, though I enjoyed all the movies very much, I did not feel like picking up the book to read it. OTOH, after I saw a Hindi version of Crime and Punishment, I was compelled to pick up the Dostoevsky's book and read it.

Came across this word the other day, new for me: "Vellichor is the word to describe how bookshops and libraries smell.

An amalgam of the smells of paper and printing ink that go into the making of physical books. Reminiscent of the strange wistfulness of second-hand bookshops and libraries filled with thousands of old books you’ll never have time to read!"
