It was early 90's during economic repforms led by Ours' Honable Late Ex PrimeMinister Mr. Narashimha Rao Reynolds and other companies entered our country INDIA it was around 93 or 94 then first time i used Reynold ball point pens costing 5 ₹ each twist is that refill alone cost 3 or 3.50 ₹ costing more than half of pen cost and other than reynold refill cant be inserted inside.soon after Rotomac came , my personal favourite is a ball point pen from Mitshubishi costing around 8 ₹ though i cant recall
