Early this week I had access to the Reading Room, more than 20 posts etc.
And today access denied!
A forum should have clear guidelines and shouldn't be changed on a weekly basis!
One step forward and two steps backward.

I will play along and apply a Joining Request for the Reading Room!

am happy to find craxme has kept almost same format as uc forum.but uc forum never had restriction to download any attachment.
bt here i am being prevented from downloading an attachment.it said u do not have permission to access this attachment as i am a newbie.
i was trying to download ramayana by bibek debroy but i am being prevented.
