So far, I have read 11 books by Brad Taylor in his 'Pike Logan' Series, currently reading his latest and 12th book - Operator Down. I have also read all short works from Brad Taylor i.e. Taskforce stories.

My Brother Completed 14 series in wheel of time, And am reading 1001 Arabian Nights along with some  ...

We all read multiple books at a time and 1001 Arabian nights is not a series its just one book with multiple stories Even right now I am in midst of 3 books but I am not able to read business books. God Knows i was never inerested in such books as they were never written like a Story and full of Gyan which I am just not able to assimilate

Its a really good series and worth the patience to read 14 books

Series is about Spying/Espionage, Special Forces, Counter Terrorism, Nuclear War, Army, Nay, Air Force, al Qaida, ISIS, Mossad, Spy Technology etc... I love espionage genre hence picked up the first book from Brad just for curiocity, it turned to be a great read so continued rest of the books. Excellent writing and realistic scenarios.

Good thing about the series is, you can pickup any book and you will not feel that, you are missing something from previous book. However, if you pick the first book and start the series, you will enjoy the most.

Haven't read a long series like you all. Just some like Jason Bourne and Covert One series by Robert Ludlum, Tom Clancy's Op-Center series(only a couple of them that I have read). But since espionage interests me, I might pick up Brad Taylor.

Wow, some really interesting recommendations here. Thanks for sharing guys . The longest series I have read is the Harry Potter series that makes it 7.

@jhsurti What are your thoughts on the Jason Bourne movies? I found the books a lot better.

Books were a lot better, of course. Because they spoke the character's mind to us which may not be evident on screen. And many other reasons which we have covered before. But yes, the first part was quite well made I think. Maybe because I was watching what I had read and was eager to see how it materialized on screen and it was more faithful to the book.
