I was on physical books but later on was gifted an ereader. With initial hesitation gone in a few days, I am enjoying my new passion of going the digital way. No problem in storing and no problem in carrying. The choice is also unlimited.
The introduction of ereaders has totally changed things for people like us who love to read. Given a choice and space to store, I would love to read paperback books. Kindle has enabled me to read on the go. That is something I appreciate a lot.
But recently it was brought to my notice by an eye doctor that reading kindle for hours together could result in eye strain and perhaps worsening eye sight in future.
It's just that we are caught up in the times of digital world!
I was a late adopter of ebooks. But somebody gifted me a Kindle a couple of years back, and life has never been the same again. I could not do without ebooks now
Earlier I used to prefer physical copies of books only but gradually I am developing a liking for ebooks. These not only save space but are also easier to carry with you.
Yes. Reading from kindle for long hours or in dim light settings can lead to eye strain. Some people read in the night in complete darkness using darkness. This can lead to problems as well.
