Server IO Error while uploading

Hi. I'm getting a Server (IO) Error while uploading. The upload always progresses to around 80% and then fails with this error (image attached). The file I'm trying to upload is a 21 MB EPub using Chrome v.67.0.3396.87 PC.

I'm simply unable to upload any file ~15MB+

Still not working. Now I can see upload progress all the way up to 99% (as shown in the Chrome Status Bar, image attached) and then, nothing happens ... the uploading window continues to display "Uploading, please wait a moment, you can Close This Window Temporarily. You will receive notification when it will finished" but nothing happens thereafter (image attached) ... no error message and upload doesn't finish either

Still not working. I tried different file formats (PDF, EPub) and different files, ranging in sizes from 20 MB to 40 MB; cannot upload anything over about 15 MB

Tried clearing the browser cache, cookies, history ... rebooting router ... restarting PC ... but nothing is of use.
