can't change avatar

whenever am trying to change avatar its showing uploading 10% complete n then blank.
plz help.

click on browse or capture photo.. your new avatar will show sometime later..you have to refresh your page after uploading..you can try from different browser..

upload button am getting.but when am selecting the pic n doing ok

then it shows a bar with 10% upload n then nothing.ok will try another browser n see.
