Top 5 Reasons Soft Drinks Are Bad for You

1. Aging could speed up
Phosphates and phosphoric acid helps soft drinks stay fresh for a long period of time and adds a bit of flavor. It’s naturally occurring in a variety of foods that we enjoy every day. But with people drinking more and more soda, phosphate intake has also increased. Phosphates are known to affect the heart, kidney, muscles, and bones negatively. Studies with rats have shown that increased levels of phosphates caused them to die sooner than rats that did not consume phosphates.
2. Metabolism drops
Recent research has shown that men and women who consume soda regularly in amounts many Americans consume, have had their metabolisms change – and not for the better. Metabolism in test subjects changed in ways that made it harder for them to lose weight and burn fat.
3. Soda cans contain BPA
The well-studied chemical BPA has been used in bottles and cans for years. It has been discovered by the scientific community to be a known cancer-causing agent. Companies have been dropping BPA from their products but many soda cans still contain BPA. Avoiding the chemical is a good idea. Be sure to confirm whether any other canned product you eat or drink contains any BPA.
4. Soda increases fat deposits
A study from Denmark in February found some interesting information about the relation between fat and soda. The group which consumed sugary soft drinks compared to the group that drank only milk were found to have higher fat levels in their livers and muscles. Fat buildups in the muscles and liver have been known to lead to heart disease later on.
5. Dangerous food coloring
The caramel food coloring put into most sodas has been under fire for over a year for concerns that it may be a cancer causing agent. Animal studies have found small amounts of the chemical have been directly related to cancer in animals. Some believe that only 16 micrograms of the chemical consumed per day by a person is a cancer threat; but one 20oz bottle of soda contains 200 micrograms!

Exposing inner organs to chemicals is bound to be bad for them added by sugar content.
Second...coolness directly exposing inner organs affect them.
Soda is bad for normal digestion.
Too much sugar falsely pretends that thirst is handled by there us no substitute for water.
Finally artificial colour addition is very harmful.

Better to have fresh fruits as Juicing is not healthier than eating whole fruits and vegetables.

Juicing extracts the juice from fresh fruits or vegetables. The resulting liquid contains most of the vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals (phytonutrients) found in the whole fruit. However, whole fruits and vegetables also have healthy fiber, which is lost during most juicing.

Some juicing proponents say that juicing is better for you than is eating whole fruits and vegetables because your body can absorb the nutrients better and it gives your digestive system a rest from working on fiber. They say that juicing can reduce your risk of cancer, boost your immune system, help remove toxins from your body, aid digestion and help you lose weight.

However, there's no sound scientific evidence that extracted juices are healthier than the juice you get by eating the fruit or vegetable itself.

On the other hand, if you don't enjoy eating fresh fruits and vegetables, juicing may be a fun way to add them to your diet or to try fruits and vegetables you normally wouldn't eat. You can find many juicing recipes online or mix up your own combinations of fruits and vegetables to suit your taste.

You might also consider blending instead of juicing. Blending the edible parts of fruits produces a drink that contains more healthy phytonutrients and fiber. And fiber can help you feel full.

If you do try juicing, make only as much juice as you can drink at one time because fresh squeezed juice can quickly develop harmful bacteria. If you buy commercially produced fresh juice, select a pasteurized product.

Also keep in mind that juices may contain more sugar than you realize, and if you aren't careful, these extra calories can lead to weight gain.
