Pictures uploading

Is there a reason why I cannot upload pictures anymore?

How u upload the picture .... methods tell me i will fix

I was able to uploaded picture in the past, but now with new rules doesn't work.When I post something I click on attach button is loading 100% and right away I have a message says CANCELLED.

In which section you got that problem? Let me know all the details.

It happend on TECHNOLOGY CRAXER, but after that I was trying on TESTING AREA and same thing.
I resized the photo also to make it smaller but doesn't work either.After click on attache button, start loading and when 100% a message appear and says CANCELLED.
Before the new rules apply, I did not have any problem to upload pictures (see activity games section).
Starting from Monday a new activity start (I'm the host with help of PK47) and maybe I will need this option.
