Please do not ignore this post. I have been active on forum for long time now, but my hours are stuck at 8 hours. It's been 2 days and it is not updated. I have read the rules of the forum. And waited for 2 days before asking for help

Do not worry, the hours that you have spented to this place will be totaled and updated soon. Unfortunately the system has its limitations and in that sense, you just have to have a little patience.
Your request will be reviewed in a timely manner by the Administration.

If what you expect is an exact date and time at which your request will be approved, I am sorry to tell you that it is not possible to determine since the approval of the requests is not automatic. The Administration takes a sample and reviews the quality and level of participation of the requesting users, that is, if the comments and opinions of the users are respectful and contribute to the Forum.
I understand your impatience, but avoid falling into despair. Your request will be approved or not, after the Administration reviews it.
