warned for uploading a book..rule not clear..plz help

hii, I couldn't understand what I was warned for w.r.t uploading the ebook that I did yesterday..Could anyone please point me towards the rule? Maybe it was because I changed the permission to 'readers' which I thought was the rule of the forum anyway??
