I was about to provide the guide for the same. It does work but recommend only once in a month. In between one should maintain healthy food habits and very less junk food. Otherwise chance of gaining lost weight back is very likely.
I think not.. more like a fad diet. Yes you may lose weight, but will you keep it off? I doubt it. basically to lose weight you need to stop eating junk food and count your calories. Simple!
All the weight that you lose will come back but you will feel light and good for a very long time.I felt it more of a detoxification process.Felt so good after completing this diet.
I have been trying intermittent fasting, more as a means of maintaining my blood sugar than for weight loss. I have however lost 5kg in the last two months. As to the blood sugar, I need to get the tests done. I'm scared of needles though
I have a different experience. It has worked for me. Though no drastic results should be expected but yes 1-2 kg reduction will be there if done religiously along with proper exercising. I feel it works best when its preceded by few weeks or say a fortnight of calorie burning exercises.
