Changing File Size Restrictions??

I don't remember what the file upload size limit was intially (Reading Room) but it was increased to 117 MB. Now it has been decreased to 14.6 MB! Didn't see any general announcement or PM to this effect either. What's going on guys!!??

because this limitation I can't upload several books...
I hope the admin or mod can fix this issue ASAP
note: before 117 MB it's about 54 MB

Yes I am also facing the same problem. So I have to split the pdf and uploading them which takes time and it is quite frustrating. Hopefully the developers do something in this regard.
