SumatraPDF Reader is a freeware which can open EPub, Mobi, PDF and comic book formats CBZ and CBR. It's lightweight on system resources and has sufficient options for customizing layout, zoom and tabs. Other ebook/comic book readers like CoolReader, Icecream Reader, CDisplay EX are bundled with crapware or limited by supported formats. Though SumatraPDF is not very regularly updated, but as it stands, its sufficient to answer ebook reading needs for Epub, Mobi, CBZ and CBR

Calibre is also a powerful software with all capabilities mentioned above and also is useful in cataloguing your ebook collection. Can be useful to people with this need.

I've been using Calibre since ages. Trust me, the EBook reader that comes with Calibre (e-book viewer) will bring a low configuration PC and most Windows tablets to their knees. Besides, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Calibre ebook viewer supports zooming CBZ/CBR.
