Lost my previous account. PLZ HELP

Hi, my previous account was with the user id- "cleneloalvaroid". The password was saved on my laptop because I did not log out from craxme. But yesterday I logged out by mistake and now I'm locked out of my account since I can't remember the password.
I tried the forgot password button at least 20 times but I think that it doesn't work since I didn't get any email on my account to reset the password (I have checked all kinds of mails, including spam/promotions/social etc). I request the mods to please help me with this since I was really liking the site and was trying to be an active member as well.
