How to send text messages from your PC using Android Messages

Prerequisite:
• Install the latest version of Android Messages app from Google Play Store.
• Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Apple Safari must be installed on your PC.

Steps to follow:
1. Open the Android Messages app on your smartphone
2. Tap on three horizontal dot on the top right corner of the app.
3. Tap the More options menu and select "Messages for web"
4. Now open the “https://messages.android.com/” on any of the browser on your PC.
5. Now scan the “QR code” with your phone just like the Whatsapp web feature.
6. Wait for the page to load and then you can use read, send and view the messages.
Meanwhile, on the support page, Google has mentioned that all the contacts, conversations, threads and other settings are encrypted and cached on the browser. It will automatically sign out if anyone hasn’t used their account for last 14 days.
