I WANT TO IMPROVE MY STRENGTH (35 YEAR OLD).

WHAT YOU GUYS SUGGEST IN ORDER TO DO THAT?

PL SUGGEST WITH

1) TYPE OF EXCERCISE
2) REPETITION LEVEL
3) TIME PERIOD
4) NUTRITION (ONLY VEG AND SIMPLE AVAILABLE)
5) BOOKS TO REFERE ANY (PL UPLOAD OR PROVIDE LINK)
6) VIDEO IF ANY (PL UPLOAD OR PROVIDE LINK)
