Robert Galbraith took the world by storm with his debut novel' The Cuckoos Calling' which came as a whiff of fresh air in the largely comatose genre of the private eye. Though it was later found that it was just a pseudonym of JK Rowling, the fact remains that it was one of the most exciting books of recent times.
Any opinion
I remember reading somewhere that the book hardly sold at all until the publishers gave a hint about Rowling in Twitter or some other social media and then it began to sell like hot cakes. I don't know if that was the case. I read only the first book and while it was quite interesting, it didn't get me very excited. It was just another detective novel.
