upgrade user group

hello
how can i upgrade user group? when i try to download attachments it is saying that "

This post contains more resources", Your usergroup does not have permission to access attachments

can anybody help please???

My Online hours are not increasing, though I have been online for more than 2 but it still says 1.

It'll take time to update. In the meantime, look around, participate in discussions, vote in polls, post jokes in the jokes section or share something interesting in the free zone. I think you'll need 20 such posts before you get access to the reading room.
