The first people to come to North America came from Siberia. There are something like 40 different indigenous tribes in Siberia today. They have changed somewhat in the last 23,000 years, as they have mixed with Turkic, Mongol, Chinese, and Russian peoples, but their faces will at least give you a guess. Some of them have the epicanthic fold on their eyelids characteristic of Far East Asians; some don’t.
