Why my user group not allowed for downloading

I am having requisite points & money but why my user group is denied to downliad books? Pl, resolve.

Primarily, Admin and Moderators want to make members participate more, secure the forum from malicious accounts, see the forum grow with more members. I am able to regain the Reader status within 2 days. Please check the thread
