Ebook section Bug

Dear All,

I just found one bug( Not sure) at Ebook section. When I move the courser towards indivisua ebook category section link , below line link are moveing. For your refernce same GIF file is attached

NOte: Please share your point of view . Is this correct for everyone or it should constand if we move courser towards any link

Would be useful if you could also post your browser and add-ons/extensions, if any. Doesn't happen on my Chrome (+Ghostery add-on).

Bro, We have to check without any tools. Addon or any kind of tools is for our easiest way to surf.
