One of the world's toptobacco companies claims to have developed a vaccine for the novel coronavirusthat, it says, is poised to be experimented on human beings. Yes, you read thatright. London-based British American Tobacco said on Friday that itsexperimental vaccine for the novel coronavirus has shown promise in laboratorytesting and is now ready to enter human trials.

British American Tobacco isthe world's No. 2 manufacturer of cigarettes, the leading cause of lung canceracross the world. The World Health Organisation has also warned that smokingcigarettes makes you more likely to develop severe disease if you'reinfected by the novel coronavirus.
