Thanks for taking the time to test the reliability of the rules, and certainly nothing is foolproof.
Google searches through the indexing of web content, and that record is not immediate, it takes time for Google to index that information and be part of the search process. So, if you have a little patience, you will understand that the daily content of the Forum will not appear in Google results until a few hours or days later.
The search through Google, allows you to find eBooks within the threads, but again, knowing that Google takes some time to index the content of the web, vain effort is to try to force that situation because it does not depend on the Forum or the Moderators, the speed of Google's indexing process.
About the rules and recommendations of use of the eBooks section, nothing is written on stone and everything can be improved. The rules and recommendations of the section are not my invention, they are the product of the debate and exchange of ideas that was held within the Moderators team and from the beginning of the section in UCF. The quick guide to the eBooks section also has the contributions that Moderators made to make this guide a reference for all users.
I can understand your desire to force and test the rules and that is fine in a context of improve existing.. However, the rules and recommendations do not seek to inhibit or suppress users behavior but rather to help them the superior purpose of maintaining a clean and orderly eBooks section is more beneficial to the Forum and its users, than to having a cluttered or messy section.
Enjoy the section, I know your contributions will help to all have a more complete section in every sense. |
