Remove the 'Webmaster Recommended' box please

As the title says. A request to please remove the 'Webmaster Recommended' box that appears at the bottom right (Chrome on Windows 10 x86). Or at least give the user an option to disable it (if there exists one,my apologies but I couldn't find any). It's very annoying and distracting besides blocking the visible area on a page. It feels as bad as a popup ad!

Enabled only for Login/Register,Search Areas ..
