Question about online hours and getting promoted to readers group

Hi Admin,

I joined the forum few months back and was able to enjoy reading few books since then. However, I logged back recently and found that I don't have access to reading room. I am not able to access the attachments. I have already submitted a request to access reading room.
Please help understand how to add new posts/thread since I am not able to post anything in many forums. I became member of few groups and then could add some comments. But I would like to access some books. Please guide me.

Hi... If you wish to access to download the contents of the Reading Room section, please publish your request (only when you have complied with the minimum and basic requirements that have been established) in the right place so that it can be reviewed by the Administration.

I had 6 posts yesterday and now it's down to 3. I am not able to post anything unless I join the groups. Can you share some more insights as to how I can add to the posts without flooding?
