Upload dialog box always jumps to another part of screen on trying to close

The upload dialog box/window jumps to another part of the screen when I try to close it. Whenever I click on the exit button 'x' after an upload to the Reading Room completes, the upload window just moves instead of closing. This is happening both on my laptop - Windows 10 x64, Chrome v. 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit) as well as the tablet - Windows 8.1 x86. No Extensions are installed in either of the browser.
