Depression is a common occurence to people of all ages today, do you feel it can be coped in a widely changing world today or its just another thing about which we can't do much, if you have ever encountered depression or anxiety in your life, how were you able to cope with it, and do you have any suggestions about coping with them?
On a personal level i think meditation and working out helps a lot, but also prioritising stuff and focussing on key areas and avoiding stuff that is not too relevant and is an unnecessary burden helps too!
