Unable to change avatar

Whenever i try changing avatar my device says it doesn't support plugin. So i have to continue with default avatar only. Someone please guide. Thanks

Have you enable the adobe flash player plugin? What are you using, google chrome or firefox? If you are using chrome, it'll take times to change.
