Error 503 in uploading

Hi. I was trying to upload a file to the 'Reading Room'. Since CBR is not a permitted file extension, I zipped it. The upload is then, about a 17 MB zip file containing a CBR file. The upload progresses to 100% and then fails with a 503 Error.

Maybe some issue with upload size , I will look into it. In the meantime you can split the zip file in small sizes then upload.
