there are lot of topis of interests here that i would like to participate in.but due to
user group restriction am curtailed.so ya i agree with u.its kind of sad to be treated
like second class citizen for being a new user.

That's right bro. But if no user can reply in closed thread, why show it at all? The closed thread should be shown to the allowed people only. There is no point in showing the closed threads to all.

In forums everywhere, when a topic is resolved, the thread is closed and left for others to learn from. I have used the Search function many times to find an answer in a closed thread.

take a look.this thread is open still.but has limited access.i do wish to participate n express myself but am restricted.
it says ur user group has no permisiion.there are many threads like these which are showing open activity

yet am denied access.
well I hope I can soon access all the stuffs that interests me so that i do not feel unwelcomed here.

I dont understand why there is such restruction on everythins. It's like operating a nuclear missile silos. Do as I say not as I do. Come on Mods, you have got to loosen up. These restrictions are suffocating the growth of the website itself. I cant send a request to join book club unless I have spent 10 hours on your website? I'm only interested in this section. Anything other than this, I don even want to spend my time on. I really miss the UCWeb Forum. It was open to all. Now you have put too many restrictions. I would like to see this website grow beyond the egos of mods.

Bro take some time to understand CraxMe and its sections, groups etc. Did you ever notice that thread is located within a group not in free zone section. You must join the group to reply there or share there. Had you joined the group? Please join it and you can reply.

Bro it's not so easy as you think. You are thinking from your side. But there are many things that can't be overlooked within a forum. Security is the most important for a forum and its users. You don't need to think about growth of CraxMe. Because silent growth with inactivity without purpose is nothing to do within a forum. Because there are so many types of users with various interests. A forum is a place to take them in a place where they can think and discuss together.

But the main matter is to maintain the forum with best possible security. There can be many types of outside issues and problems you don't aware of.

But ucf was very unreliable. They just closed their service without discussing with users. You were also an user. They removed everything including the library. Also relation between top managements were not good. I was a long time mod and super mod there so I know about the internal issues very well. But it's not necessary to discuss here.

CraxMe is different. Don't compare it with UCF but respect the effort of CraxMe and be one of them to take CraxMe forward successfully and achieve its goal.
