There are 52 weeks in the year and 52 Playing Cards in a Deck.
There are 4 Seasons in a Year and 4 Suits in the Deck.
There are 13 weeks in each Season and 13 cards in each suit.
There are 12 Months in a Year and 12 Court Cards (i.e. those with faces: Jack, Queen & King)
The Red Cards represent the Day, while the Black Cards represent the Night.
The Spades indicate ploughing/ working.
The Hearts indicates Love thy crops.
The Clubs indicates flourishing and growth.
The Diamonds indicate reaping the Wealth.

If Jack = 11,  Queen = 12, and King = 13, then the sum of all  the cards in a suit (1 + 2 + 3 + … 13) = 91.
Multiply this by 4 (for the 4 Suits) and you have 91 x 4 = 364.
Add 1 for the Joker and you have 365 being the number of days in a Year
In some card decks/games there are 2 Jokers - indicating the Leap year.

And finally ...
add up the number of letters in each of the card names:
one(3), two(3), three(5), four(4), five(4), six(3), seven(5), eight(5), nine(4), ten(3), Jack(4), Queen(5), King(4)

and you get 52 !
