10 posts limit even for uploading books?

Hi,

I was an earlier member of UCforum. Since Craxme is a new forum, its fine that earlier UCMoney and credits cannot be migrated. But even for uploading books why is there limit to join readers club? Please help. At least help us upload books without limits. Once contributions are genuinely identified downloading of books can be done.

In principle, the only club of readers sponsored by CraxMe Forum is this:
CraxMe Readers Book Club
And any user can access the club without major demands.
On the contrary, in order to access the Reading Room section, it is necessary to obtain the «Reader» user level and to obtain that level of user, you must comply certain requirements that are indispensable and that are based on the security and protection policies that CraxMe Forum.

Sharing books outside the Reading Room section is strictly prohibited.

Thank you @Pedro_P for the detailed reply. Though I admit the conditions are a little steep for new users to join readers club, I will try to abide by them for joining the Readers club. In future if it could be relaxed at least for uploaders or limited download accessper day it would be better.
