Online hours counter not updated

It is now 72 hours and the online hours counter is still stuck at 5 hrs. This cannot be right - would again humbly request the powers that be to correct this.

Under normal circumstances, this would not matter at all. But since there is a minimum hours criterion for specific privileges, this needs to be administered properly and technical errors should be addressed.

yes this time i feel the same .yesterday i was active about 2-3 hours ..but only 1 hour added to my online hours . everyday it it increased by 1 hour no matter how much time i stay active here .

But I think you need to count your blessings as at least 1 hour is being added every day. In my case, the counter is just stuck for the last many days and the replies from the moderators are always generic and usually patronising. But they are all powerful I guess, so grin and bear it is my mantra now ! Cheers

Your online time will be counted if you do some activity. If you read a post for so long time and think you are online for a long time then it's wrong. When you will read a post or stay in a page for long time try to refresh the page after 5 minutes. When you are browsing it will automatically count. Also when you post a thread or reply to a thread online time will be added.

I am afraid the logic does not hold water. I have been browsing the site and posting everyday for 4 days, and the counter hasn't moved at all. You could argue that the counter will not jump by several hours each day but it should add up to a few hours over many days.

But as I said before we are at your mercy as there is no way to prove the number of hours spent online. This is a small forum and you only risk switching off people by not investigating and addressing genuine issues. Anyway, enough said - I do not intend to post again on this matter.

Bro you must do some activity at least after every 5 minutes to keep you online. If you are reading any post then refresh the page.

Bro we don't want to argue too. There are so many users who successfully reached required online time. But you need some time to understand the system and how it works. I also mentioned some ways in my previous post. If you follow you can reach the required online time.
