In various threads I'm not able to reply. It is because of my user group?

Hi... There are some reasons why the Reply option is not available, effectively, one of those reasons is the restrictions that user groups can have, as in the case of new users who do not have that option in the Reading Room section. Another reason is that some threads has been closed, usually old threads closed by the Administration or Moderators. You can participate in those threads that are open, always respecting the rules of each section.
