Which is the best (ISP) Internet service provider in India?

I am using Vodafone on my mobile. But lately the service is pathetic. Thinking of switching to another. Is Airtel all that good that the Ad proclaims?

This is entirely dependent on location of the user. For example: Jio works best in office but at home Airtel only works.
