Is there a separate group for uploading and downloading e comics or is it a part of the readers group

Just wanted to ask. If there is a separate group for uploading and downloading e comics or is it part of the readers group? I have a lot of e comics which I would like to share but am presently not fulfilling the criteria for joining the reading room, but nearly there. Just wanted to know if there is another place too or is the reading room all inclusive

It is not allowed to share books of any kind, outside the Reading Room section.
Please wait to meet the established requirements to obtain access to the Reading Room section.
