No. Of online hours not getting updated and unable to change my. Profile. Pic

I am. Unable to change my display pic and. Mu no. Of. Online hours are still showing 0 despite me having been online for approx 2 days now. As you can see i have approx 30 posts by now which. Means that i have been online for at least an hour now if not anything else. I have been contributing on a regular basis and believe that i can contribute even more once I am granted the user level . Of reader. I have fulfilled all the other criteria required for sending a request for incluaion in the reading room group but unfortunately this technical glitch is holding me back. I am trying to be patient about it and will continue to contribute but this is really frustrating. Please help. Me. Admins and moderators.

Please help admins, i have 33 posts which are shown  here, i have been contributing. How is it. Possible that I have yet to be online for less than an hour, please understand that it is merely because of this technical glitch that i. Am. Unable to become a part of the reading room.. I have fulfilled all the other conditions. Please at least help. Me or take consideration of this error and upgrade my status to reader so that i can at least be a part of the reading room

The system periodically updates the online hour meter, there are no instantaneous increases.
The same happens when a profile image is assigned, the system will take a few hours to show the update.
Do not despair, the system will soon show all accumulated online hours.

Thanks a lot for the clarification @pedro_p, however, i am. Also. Unable to update my profile. Pic both from my pc and my mob. I also tried changing browsers but to no avail. I hope that isnt a maj problem.

Well i can confirm that i can change my avatar (Firefox browser - had to refresh with F5 though for it to take effect) and the no. of hours get updated but periodically.
