Long back, I had requested a Book Club section similar to Goodreads.... it was way too early back then.

Please reconsider. Discussing books would bring more activity to the forum. I personally enjoy the reading challenges. Or can we discuss the book on the thread it has been uploaded?

I think it's a great idea. A separate section or group will be very good. What do you think? We can create the special group and introduce to members.

Thank you for responding. A new group would be a great idea, but a section would help sorting the threads.... Group Reads by the week/month, Reading progress for individual members, Cozy reads for a small group of readers, etc.

I am not aware of the logistics involved. Let me know your thoughts.

I checked the groups and they are single threads. If there is a way to group threads in to categories under the Groups, it would be great.

My suggestions is for a group where we can discuss the books we are reading, participate in challenges such as the Book Riot and Popsugar challenge, and have a reading log.

The weekly recommendations thread is a great initiative by the mods, but it is only limited to the books included.

What about discussing the most popular books, e.g. New York Times Bestsellers etc. These books attract most readers and will reach a big audience?
Of course most readers are excluded from this discussions due to the latest so called "security issues" in the readers forum!
