Not able to upload books

Hey guys I am a newbie . But having many books in my laptop that i have got from uc forum. But as a newbie i am not able to upload any book. And if i can't upload then i how to upgrade my user group?

Bro you can check the group directly for ebooks section if you are using pc mode.
