Members can post only one Post/Per Day for congratulating Any One, in which they can post their total wish for that day, a new addition in wish also allowed only on that post for that day.

Here You Can wish for Forum Usergroup Promotion,
i.e to Newbie, Pro, etc. Here You Can wish for Birthday.

Here You Can wish for Forum Achievements, Like completing 100 Hours, Most Deserving Members. No discussion, only wish allowed here.

Member who receiving Congrats/Wish Message can thanks Only one or Max two time for a wish, not after every wish.

Ah.. finally I am able to post on the forum! Thanks bro Dev, and all other admin/mod team for your untiring efforts to build up a solid platform at last! Congrats everyone! Hope we can all raise the phoenix of a remarkable library again with our joint efforts. I'll start posting my collection of books soon.
